Biography

Naveed Halavi is the Managing Attorney of Halavi Law, Inc., where he is dedicated to advocating for employees’ rights. His practice focuses exclusively on labor and employment law, and he has successfully litigated numerous cases involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour violations, including unpaid overtime, meal and rest break violations, and employee misclassification. His track record speaks for itself, having obtained favorable settlements and verdicts for his clients, including multimillion-dollar resolutions.
Mr. Halavi earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School, where he honed his expertise in employment litigation. While attending Loyola of Los Angeles Law School, he was a Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and focused his studies on Civil Litigation. Mr. Halavi also graduated in the top 10% of his class and earned Order of the Coif, a prestigious honor recognizing exceptional academic achievement.

Demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep commitment to employee advocacy, Mr. Halavi founded Halavi Law, Inc. just six months after passing the bar. From the outset, he built his firm with a singular focus: to fight for employees who have been wronged in the workplace. Through strategic litigation and aggressive advocacy, he has successfully grown Halavi Law into a trusted employment law firm dedicated to securing justice for workers.
Before founding Halavi Law, Inc., Mr. Halavi gained valuable experience working with top law firms, representing employees in complex litigation. His passion for justice and unwavering commitment to his clients have solidified his reputation as a tenacious advocate for workplace fairness.
